an adequate stay
convenient location helpful staff room safe main room mirror
the location was convenient (close to many shops and restaurants). i was able to walk to most sightseeing locations. the staff were helpful.
there was no safe in the room, so keeping valuables was a concern. i also noticed there was no mirror in the main room, only in the bathroom.

The location was central! it was very easy to walk to many attractions. the staff were also very attentive. They answered all my questions. my room included very comfortable beds. i also appreciated the abundant continental breakfast each morning.
The elevator was quite small. It barely fit one person with luggage.

Central location and friendly staff
central location friendly staff easy access
I really enjoyed how close this place was to the U-Bahn. It made getting around the city so easy. The staff was friendly and helpful. The elevator was definitely small (a relic from the 1950's!), but it worked perfectly.
The room smelled a bit like smoke, even though i booked a non-smoking room. The shower head needed adjusting. It kept turning towards the wall. I managed, but it was a minor annoyance.

Breakfast was good (especially the coffee). The selection included bread, cereal, and meats. There were also eggs available. I appreciated the variety offered each morning.

The hotel's location was convenient. It allowed easy access to various attractions. the breakfast was very varied, with many choices offered. the staff showed great attentiveness. They ensured a smooth check-in process. i found the rooms to be functional, with adequate space for luggage.
the elevator was quite small, barely fitting one person with luggage, which sometimes caused delays.

The hotel has a great location. It is near shops and the U-Bahn. I could do most sightseeing by walking.
The housekeeping was not good. The staff never cleaned the room. Trash was not removed even after three nights.

smoke smell rotating shower
The location was acceptable, as it was close to many attractions.
The room reeked of smoke, even though I booked a nonsmoking room. The shower head kept turning towards the wall. A shower was not simple. This was disappointing, particularly considering the cost. I expected better for what I paid.
